I am eager to have a chance to teach students from elementary grades, high school, and also those of college level. My education consists of a B.S. in Human Environmental Sciences which I obtained from the University of Alabama. I majored in Family and Consumer Science. I minored in Business Administration. I have just started in a master's of Business Administration program at Southern New Hampshire University. Besides tutoring elementary students, I did volunteer work with the Big Brother Big Sister program. I also have tutored classes in preparing taxes. I prefer working on math and essay writing for elementary to middle school students. I was always good at composition because I mastered English grammar rules from early on. I have also done well in school math competitions. For recreation I play tennis, do nature walks, and love running. I like dining out and going to movies. Math subjects I am qualified to tutor include algebra, calculus, geometry, and trigonometry. I have also tutored standardized test prep for ACT, SAT, and PSAT. I always show a patient and helpful attitude towards my students. I know they learn best when they feel at ease and are not stressed out with difficult problems.
